Ivorian legend Didier Drogba has suggested that France would likely defeat Argentina when both teams meet in the World Cup final on Sunday.
The French team go into the match as the defending champions and will be looking to become the first team to retain the title in 60 years.
Argentina defeated Croatia 3-0 in the semi-final, while France made it to the final following a 2-0 win over the surprise team of the tournament, Morocco.
In a chat with BBC Sport, Drogba suggested that France is a competitive team that have what it takes to win the game.

“France do have the advantage of being in the final and winning it four years ago. You know how to handle the pressure, you have been there, but they have new players and it will be new for them.
“It might be the first time some of them have played against Lionel Messi as well. The pressure will be there.
“This France team is very, very competitive, especially with Didier Deschamps as their manager. They want to win it back-to-back.”
Drogba explained the reasons why some African teams struggled at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
He explained that coaches find it difficult to find the right system when the players are together in the national teams.
