2022 World Cup: Neymar suggests England manager Gareth Southgate has made mistake with Jadon Sancho omission
FootballSancho Could End Up at Everton After Flopping at Manchester United
- Manchester United spent £73m to sign Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund
- The winger was unsurprisingly snubbed by Gareth Southgate's England squad
- A former Premier League midfielder has warned Sancho could end up at Everton
Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has been hugely underwhelming, since making a switch from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester in the summer of 2021 for £73m.
In his second season now, Sancho continues with lacklustre performances, which have made him fall down the pecking order behind the likes of Anthony Elanga and Alejandro Garnacho.
Former Premier League midfielder Curtis Woodhouse has shared his thoughts on Sancho, saying the 22-year-old could soon end up at midtable club Everton if things don't change.
Woodhouse made this known on his Twitter account, as Sancho sits at home in England after missing out on the Three Lions' World Cup squad.

Sancho to move to Everton?
While the Everton comment was likely just Woodhouse giving his thoughts on Sancho, and not actual transfer speculation, there could well be a possibility of a loan move away for the young winger if he is unable to regain his once-impressive form.
Everton is managed by former Chelsea midfielder and manager Frank Lampard, whose first transfer decisions were signing the under-performing England star Dele Alli from Tottenham and Donny Van de Beek from Manchester United - both moves of which did not pay off.
Alli was immediately sent out to Besiktas, while Van de Beek returned to Manchester United. Lampard will certainly think twice before considering Sancho.
What went wrong for Sancho?
Sports Brief earlier reported on Sancho training alone at Carrington, after he was rightfully snubbed by Gareth Southgate for England's 2022 World Cup squad.

FootballFor Borussia Dortmund, Sancho was one of the best wingers in the world, reputable for his trickery, speed and creativity, but has since turned into a shadow of his former form.
He has totally lost confidence after failing to adapt quickly to life at the Manchester club. He also missed his penalty as England lost out to Italy in Euro 2020 at Wembley Stadium.
