Earlier, Sports Brief reported that five second-half goals ensured Portugal beat Ghana in their opening Group H game at the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored in his fifth World Cup, and Joao Felix and Rafael Leao also netted for the Europeans, while Ghana reduced the deficit through Andre Ayew and Osman Bukari.

Portugal began the game dominating possession, winning a corner kick after just three minutes, but the set piece was well-defended by the Black Stars.

Osman Bukari explains 'siuu' celebration

Osman Bukari has explained his decision to perform the iconic Ronaldo 'Siuuu' celebration in front of his idol during the game between Ghana and Portugal in the Group H opener.

Fans took to social media to label the player as disrespectful for hitting the 'siuu' celebration while Ronaldo was watching on the bench.

In a post on social media, the Red Star Belgrade rejected claims of disrespect as he paid tribute to Ronaldo.
