Is Brazil’s Neymar Jr arrogant?
That’s what one German media outlet believes, after the Paris Saint-Germain attacker made a small change to his World Cup kit.
What did Neymar do?
Neymar shared a picture of his 2022 World Cup shorts, but added another star to the kit. Brazil’s kit has five stars to represent the five tournaments they have won.

As noted by Give Me Sport, Brazil are the most successful team in the tournament’s history, having won it in 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002. Neymar added the extra star to represent that this year would be Brazil’s year.
What happened next?
German outlet BILD then labelled Neymar as being arrogant, but his teammate Richarlison isn’t having it, The Mirror reported.
"They are arrogant. We're just dreamers,” he retorted.
The Tottenham Hotspur attacker added the Brazilian side were dreaming about winning their sixth trophy, and they would pick it up whether anyone else liked it or not.
Brazil are one of the favourites to win the Mundial and will open their account against Serbia on Thursday, November 24. They will also have to face Switzerland and Cameroon in Group G.
As Saudi Arabia proved with their victory over Argentina, the favourite tag doesn’t mean anything.
Fred ejected from Brazil photo
Manchester United midfielder Fred once again got himself on the wrong side of his Brazil teammates, after inadvertently taking up Neymar's spot during Brazil's photo session.
Brazil had organised a quick photo-op at their training base in Turin, Italy, before heading to Qatar for the World Cup, Sports Brief has reported.
The five-time World Champions were training in Italy for the last week ahead of the World Cup, as they looked to a sixth title.
