Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has equaled Marcus Rashford's best Premier League goal tally for Manchester United last season after scoring against Crystal Palace.

Abraham scored in the 52nd minute for Chelsea in their 2-0 Premier League win over Crystal Palace which momentarily sent them to second position on the standings.

Marcus Rashford played 33 Premier League games for Manchester United last season, scoring 10 goals - his best in a season.

Abraham, on the other hand has matched the tally after just 12 games this season.

The Chelsea youngster was widely linked with a summer departure from the Blues in the summer, but Frank Lampard was able to convince him to stay.

The star forward has since managed to nail a starting role in Lampard's squad set up, forcing Olivier Giroud to the bench.

Meanwhile, TUKO.co.ke earlier reported how Chelsea continued with their impressive form after beating visiting Crystal Palace 2-0 on Saturday, November 9, at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues were fantastic in this encounter with the likes of N'Golo Kante, Willian and Christian Pulisic providing superb performance.
