Onuachu nets brace for Genk

Earlier, Sports Brief had reported how Paul Onuachu continued with his impressive performance this season, scoring a brace for Genk in their 3-1 win over Royal Antwerp on Sunday, October 23.

The Super Eagles strongman is now the leading scorer in the Belgian league with 8 goals, and will now be targeting ending the season with the golden boot award.

Playing in front of their fans, Antwerp players started the encounter aggressively, but they were only impressive for five minutes before their opponents took control.

Bryan Heynen scored the first goal for Genk in the 13th minute, connecting perfectly with Onuachu to give the visitors the lead.

The Nigerian star netted Genk's second goal in the 33rd minute.
