Their trip to Southampton comes after getting a triple injury boost in the shape of Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Saka limped off in Thursday's 1-0 win over PSV Eindhoven in the Europa League but is in line to travel to St. Marys.
Martinelli will also make the trip after initially not "feeling great", while Zinchenko is understood to have made some progress.
