The reigning La Liga and UEFA Champions League winners are not just loved in Spain but have loyal fans around the world as well.

Managing Madrid reported that Los Blancos had the best-selling shirt sales on Amazon amongst the top four European leagues.

Madrid reportedly reached 3.3 million euros in sales last season, over a million more than second-placed Paris Saint-Germain. PSG’s shirt sales spiked after signing Argentinian playmaker, Lionel Messi.

Madrid’s popularity can also be seen in the number of social media followers they have.

GiveMeSport recently revealed the 10 most followed clubs on social media, and it’s no surprise that Madrid top the lot.

According to the list, Madrid have a whopping 272,5 million followers on social media. The total is made up of the club’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram followers.

Fellow Spanish giants Barcelona find themselves in second place with 256,6 million followers while Manchester United round up the top three with 165,8 million.

The top 10 most valuable forwards in the Spanish La Liga have been revealed and some notable names have missed out on the list.

Real Madrid striker, Karim Benzema is the biggest name to miss out from the top 10 list, with the 34-year-old’s said to be worth just €30m.

Atletico Madrid forward, Antione Griezmann is also another big name not listed in the top forwards in La Liga, as the Frenchman is ranked in the 16th position.
