Mamelodi Sundowns' are determined to maintain their grip on the local game as well as the quest to win a second CAF Champions League title.
The DStv Premiership champions have reportedly signed left-footed Moroccan central defender Abdelmounaim Boutouil from the country's top-division club Chabab Mohammedia.
According to a SowetanLIVE article, the 24-year-old Boutouil is being identified as a replacement of former player Ricardo Nascimento, who joined Royal AM last season.

Mohammedia's Twitter account sent out a tweet that read:
"Officially: The player Abdel Moneim Boutawil moves to the South African club Mamelodi Sundowns @Masandawana."
Boutouil has made 68 appearances in the Botola Pro Inwi (Moroccan Premier Division), scoring twice since making his senior debut in the 2016/17 season.
Sundowns was yet to confirm this deal at the time of publication. Thus far, the club has officially welcomed Sipho Mbule from SuperSport United on a free transfer, while Chilean midfielder Marcelo Allende is said to be on the way from Montevideo City Torque in Uruguay.

FootballMamelodi Sundowns have stocked up for their continued domination of the DStv Premiership with the reported acquisition of another South American import.
As reported by Sports Brief, the Brazilians are finalising the signing of 23-year-old Chilean midfielder Marcelo Allende. Allende bid farewell to his current club Montevideo City Torque in Uruguay, and is making his way to South Africa.
