Kenney Padi, the referee banned for awarding a 'dubious' penalty to Kumasi Asante Kotoko in their game against Hearts of Oak, has disclosed that he has not been able to have sex since officiating that match.
The referee awarded Asante Kotoko a 15th minute penalty after adjudging midfielder Abdul Aziz Nurudeen for fouling Brazilian Fabio Gama.
Kotoko's Cameroonian forward Frank Mbella Etouga converted to hand the Porcupine Warriors all three points, but in an interview with Ewiase FM Kenney Padi revealed he is suffering and has been having nightmares.
“I have lost my sexual drive since the day I awarded the penalty against Hearts of Oak," he said as quoted by Ghanasoccernet.
“Sometimes I get strange and horrific nightmares, I can’t sleep," he added.
Kenney Padi has been banned for the rest of the season after the Ghana Football Association's match review panel found the penalty as dubious.

Earlier, Sports Brief reported that referee Kenny Padi, the referee who handled the second installment of Ghana's version of the El Classico between Hearts and Kotoko at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, has been suspended for the rest of the season.
The centre referee was slapped with the heavy punishment on the back of a contentious penalty he awarded to Asante Kotoko which resulted in the only goal of the Super Clash on April 10.
