Citing her busy schedule as a major factor, Elma Aviero who is one of the siblings of Cristiano Ronaldo has been forced to close down the famous CR7 clothes shop on native Madeira.

SunSport are reporting that Elma decided to close down the store as it was clashing with her busy schedule having run it in the island capital Funchal for 15 years.

It was gathered this is not the first store that would be closed down by Ronaldo’s family in recent years as their Madeira restaurant was shut down last year.

Back in 2020, the family called time on the CR7 clothes’ store in Vilamoura on the Algarve as it was further discovered that another store in Lisbon’s Park of the Nations neighbourhood was also closed.

Elma's statement

Ronaldo’s sister Elma said on Instagram:

“Big projects in progress, a lot of time, energy and family love invested. As there’s not enough time for everything and life is made up of stages, I decided to close a chapter of my life after 15 years.

“It wasn’t an easy decision because it was here that my area started along with many memories and moments that will be marked forever on a page that I will keep in my heart.”
