Lukaku's future at Chelsea uncertain

It was gathered that Paris Saint-Germain are already showing interest in the Chelsea forward, although he has apologised and has returned to the starting lineup under Thomas Tuchel.

And now, El Nacional reports via Sports Mole that Napoli's Osimhen who is valued at £66million is now linked with a move to the Premier League.

Osimhen’s contract with the Italian side runs until 2025 which is why he is being valued so highly, with the striker having scored five times in Serie A this season.

Osimhen recovers from COVID-19

Meanwhile, Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has recovered from the coronavirus, a statement issued by his club Napoli has revealed.

The former Lille of France striker is now expected to return to Italy to undergo a check-up for the surgery on his face after the facial injury he sustained in the match against Inter in November last year.

The youngster, who will not take part in the African Cup, is now in line to make a return to Napoli's side after his injury has been examined.

Nigeria set for AFCON clash with Egypt

Sports Brief earlier reported that the Super Eagles of Nigeria have stated that they will go all out against Egypt when both teams meet at the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

Drawn in Group D alongside Egypt, Guinea-Bissau and Sudan, the Eagles begin their quest for a fourth continental title when they take on the Pharaohs on Tuesday, January 11.

No doubt, Liverpool talisman, Mohamed Salah is currently one of the most in-form players in the world at the moment and the Nigerian team has been warned to be wary of the Egyptian.
