When was Gor Mahia formed? After merging two teams, Luo Stars FC and Luo Union FC, the team was formally created on February 17, 1968. On the other hand, the club's origins may date to the early nineteenth century.

Kogallo has not had a perfect season, but they are still in contention for the title, having collected 30 points from 17 games. They are separated from third-placed KCB by goal difference. At the same time, Kakamega Homeboyz, who overcame Mathare United on Friday to build a six-point lead, are ahead of K'Ogalo with four points.
