Valtteri Bottas' birthday is the 28th of August and he was born in 1989 in Nastola, Finland, where he was raised alongside his older sister, Laura. Their parents are Rauno Bottas and Marianne Valimaa.

Early life
The 32-year-old driver developed an interest in car racing from a young age. He began karting at the age of six and dominated many competitions. Valtteri also made it to Finland's National Karting Team.
