However, Luke missed out on the 2013 World Cup, where his three brothers were named in the 24-man squad to represent England national rugby in the tournament. Luke retired in 2018, aged 31, after battling a series of knee injuries.

"I made my (England) debut with my brothers, and nine years on, I suppose I am the last one standing. But I'm not worried about that. I just want to go out and represent my country again. We lost out in the 2017 World Cup final, and that's definitely driving me on." Tom said in October 2022.

Are Tom and George Burgess identical?

The identical brothers are known for their unique talents and skills in the NRL. Meanwhile, Luke, Sam, and Georges' retirement leave Tom as the only one among the four brothers actively playing.

What team does George Burgess play for?

After being released from the Dragons, the talented prop remains without a team. He cited a misunderstanding with the team's manager, Anthony Griffin.

"I just didn't get along with Hook (Griffin) and he made it pretty clear to me, he pretty much wrote me off. I wasn't too keen to go back to train under him, to be honest. At the end of the day all you want is a coach to believe in you. There is no point me going back there if the coach doesn't believe in me." G. Burgess said.
