Elijah Hall is an American track and field sprinter. He is a lethal sprinter who has broken multiple records that seemed impossible. His most notable one came in when he broke his school’s record in his first race there. This was the Division 1 track program where he broke the University of Houston’s 200 m dash race. His current record as of 2022 is 9.90 for 100 m.

Excelling in the 200 and 100m ever since, they have had the most successful sprinters holding the most records as compared to any other nation. He is a 24-year-old Ghanaian sprinter currently competing in the ASICS global. His popularity gained massively in March 2021 when he broke a 22-year national record set by Leo Myles Mills in Texas. On this date, he clocked 9.97 seconds to qualify for the Tokyo Summer Olympics, earning a spot as one of the most accomplished Ghananian sprinters of all time.

His excellence started while in school as he performed incredibly well, earning a three-time Gatorade Boy's Track and Field Runner of the Year award in Oregon. His 9.86 seconds record while in Oregon gave him nationwide media interest and qualified him as U.S. Olympian alternate in the 4 × 100 relays for the 2021 Olympics.

Oblique Seville is another youngster on the rise who shows great potential and discipline in his craft. His breakthrough moment was in 2019 at the CARIFTA Games in George Town when he came out as the gold medalist. He clocked 10.24 seconds in the 100-metre race and also won the 4x100-metre relay.

Seville’s personal best came in May 2022 when he clocked 9.86 seconds during the Jubilee Series to become the second fastest over the distance in 2022.

Originating from Jamaica, Blake has been compared to Usain Bolt countless times as the two have always been back-to-back competitors in almost every competition, and are the best Jamaican men sprinters of all time.

His breakthrough came in the 2011 World Athletic Championships when he won gold and became the youngest 100m world champion ever. He has a personal best of 9.69 seconds which he ran back in 2012. However, he has come close to this mark a decade later in June 2022 when he clocked 9.85.

He is Africa’s record holder and the world’s eighth-fastest man of all time when he clocked 9.77 on 18 September 2021 in Nairobi. His 2022 record stands at 9.85 which he achieved in the World Athletics Continental tour where he won the gold medal.
